aReNieX

I'm using that name on the net. Everyone got their own nickname when they're in cyber world aite? One day, a friend of mine came to me and said,

"Anis! There's your old friend just now asked me to send her regards to someone name AREENIEX at this school. I'm pretty sure that it is you."

It happened so many times you know. Why does it happen? I believe that's because my display name at Friendster and MySpace is aReNieX. But.. hellow~ you are my friend and you know my name is ANIS. Why the heck you want to call me AREENIEX in the real world? It feels.. somehow awkward you know.

But, what i hate the most is 99% people called it wrong. They called my precious nickname as,

AREENIEX or ARAYNIEX (silent 'Y')

it's just R NIEX okayh??!

Say it right!

Everything has a meaning right. I think I never told anyone what aReNieX means.
So, aReNieX means.... nothing.
Hahahah! It's just another way how to spell my name. So,

ARENIEX = ANIS

But because of that recent incident, now I changed my display name at Friendster and MySpace to Anis. K
Now what Anis. K means? K stands for Dato' K. ;D
Naah. K stands for my dad's name, Khalidi. Most of my friends called me Anis Khalidi and my old friends remember me as Anis. K. So that's it. But I'm still using aReNieX and wanted to be known as aReNieX on the net.

p/s: Anis means a loyal companion (teman yang setia). Am I? ;P
