When things seemed right doesn't mean it's good

I've been thinking about it.. the things that once were unusual and odd have now become the common things in our community and most of the people can accept it including myself. But then, not all the common things are good. I would say, most of them are bad. Somes are very bad... or is just me?

What was your impression when you first got exposed with homosexualsm? How about seeing girls wearing tube tops/spaghetti stripes/mini skirt? How about watching erotic scenes from west movies or read it from novels? How about sneaking out late at night? How about young couples kissing and cuddling each other in public? And what was your impression to all these, say like... 15 years back?

Slowly, with our modern lifestyle we're adapting these new behaviour and culture into our lifestyle. For me, to be cool you have to be open minded. In order to get yourself open minded, you must accept the new common and cliche things which is happening in your surrounding.

Majority is not always right. To tell you the truth, I can list out all the common things that I know aren't good at all yet myself can accept it but I'll try my best to avoid it. Somehow I can talk about it without any hard feelings. Sometimes I feel bad for showing supportment to my friends with the wrong things that they did but.. that was my ego I guess. I know what kind of people they are. Now I realized why we should set up our own guidelines in our life and stand firm with it.
