To collect many A's or get A's for my future?

I've been thinking about this and would like to have some comment about it.

Let's say you're given these results.

Student A:

BM - 1A
BI - 1A
EST - 2A
SEJ - 1A
AGAMA/MORAL - 2A
MOD MATHS - 1A
ADD MATHS - 4B
BIO - 4B
CHEM - 5C
PHYS - 5C
OTHER (TASSAWUR) = 1A
Total A's = 7

Student B:

BM - 3B
BI - 5C
EST - 5C
SEJ - 6C
AGAMA/MORAL - 3B
MOD MATHS - 1A
ADD MATHS - 1A
BIO - 1A
CHEM - 1A
PHYS - 1A
Total A's = 5

Which one is better actually?

Student B in my opinion.

FYI, these results are belong to my last year seniors.
Both applied Matriculations and got it.

But what makes them different are, of course the SPM results and the period time given to them to complete their Matrix.

Student A got 7A's and she's given 2 years while Student B who got only 5A's is given 1 year.

The things that I want to point out is, no matter how much you get A's but if you can't score for your elective subjects it is still not going to take you any further in any science-related courses. (Only if you're planning to do science-related and such)

Since time is running out, I'm changing my plan. I'm going to do Plan C. Which is concentrate on my science subjects and put aside Teras subjects a bit. Oh. My Teras subjects are BM, BI, SEJ, AGAMA, EST and MOD MATHS.
I didn't really care about SEJARAH even though I really love it and of course, I can do it. But it's got nothing to do with the course I'm going to apply.
Both BM and BI need to read the KOMSAS and LITERATURE which is a burden to me.
EST? As a matter of fact, I could only laugh.
AGAMA? Emm.. I tend to neglect this subject a bit but I usually can get at least is 4B.

So I've changed my perception about this.
