MCR Live In KL!!

THIS IS THE BEST DAY EVER!!
Finally I can cross the sentence out in my wishlist.

Go to MCR concert and see them perform live!

One word to describe the concert... it was.. BLAST!!
Even though Bob (drummer) didn't make it, but the others performed very well and I must say, to see their efforts are totally worth it! I'm not regretting it at all for having MCR concert as the first concert in my life! ^^ Plus, I went with Asyraf! xD


I arrived at Stadium Merdeka around 6 PM and rushed to the original MCR merchandise booth. I get myself an Industry Juniors T-Shirt and a poster. The original merchandise that available were pretty limited. There were only one design of poster, 4 designs of shirts and some notebooks. That's all. =| Actually, I wanted to buy a MCR Hoodie but they're all sold out before get into Malaysia. And my my.. I was surprised to see lots of ciplak shirts and stuff at the stadium. So I bought another one, the very simple black t-shirt with MCR fonts on it.


However rain started to pour down before the concert started but still, all the audiences barely leave their current position. I think the opening show was okay. I didn't listen to One Buck Shot but I guess Pop Shuvit did a good job for spicing up the ground. And I was relieved when they (the organizer) stopped the show and audio during Maghrib. Maybe for about 30 minutes I think. After waited for so long, finally My Chem showed up themselves in the darkness.

The stage went blackout and then xylophone music is heard. Meantime, the big banner of MCR in House of Wolves version was raising up on the stage. We all screamed and shouted like hell when all four of them appeared on the stage. The first song that being played was This Is How I Disappear. Then followed by other songs from The Black Parade album and a few songs from Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge album.


Since I'm not so tall, I can hardly see the stage. I just depended on those not-so-big LCD screens. Something highly amusing I found was the boys' hairstyles. Mikey and Frank are having the same hairsyles. The long and silky fringe that cover up their faces. Ray Toro's looked exactly like a mee maggie. =P and last but not least, Gerard is having the same hairstlye that he had during the early year of Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge's age.

THREE things that made the concert totally worth it were.. firstly, Gerard's singing and showmanship, second was the peeps around me and third, the played songs. I must say, I was awed by Gerard's singing because I thought his singing would be bad. Something like incorrect pitching or tone and such but it turned out to be amazing. He sang all the songs very well. There's no goofy sounds or whatsoever. Anywhoo, I was relieved to see that Gerard kept standing and walk on the stage but not lying down. ^^ Do you know how much I loved the atmosphere? I jumping, singing, screaming and shouting like the others. I really enjoyed myself and losing control. Plus, there's NO BITCHY girls around me. There's absolutely no "Gee/Mikey/Frank-my-baby-oh-goddamn-hot" and and, I didn't see any big group of gothic and emo people. The people who went there are all the normal and non-label type. =) Most of the songs that being played are also my favourite ones. What more could I ask for? I also couldn't disagree that they've played very hard for us! As always, Gerard reminds his fans not to harm ourselves. Sort of like a community message. He always does that in every concert.

After a while, I got fed up for can't see anything on the stage. Haha. I begged Asyraf to get me on his back. =P Hahahahahaha. He refused at first because he's getting tired but he really did it only for a couple of minutes. Huhuh. Even though it's only for 2 minutes but too see My Chem on the stage.... made me speechless. ^^ Speaking of him, I envied him because he memorized most of the lyrics more than I do! (for The Black Parade album) Damnyo.. Ouh ouh.. have I mentioned about the rain? To tell you the truth, it was raining throughout the concert. So we all get soaked from head to toe!

After our feet started to lose from the ground, they began to slow down and played slow songs. Ray played solo and show off his damn great guitar skills. It was jaw-dropping I tell you! Simply awesome! After almost 2 hours, the concert finally meets the end. The annoying part was, the rain stopped when the concert stopped! What the..?? As people leaves the stadium, I busy taking pictures.

By the time I got home, my back, my neck and my arms were hurting so much...! Maybe because of too much headbanging. But yeah, that's the good one! I'M EFFING SATISFIED WITH THEM!!
